Orders:
1. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once the purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number.
2. How can I track the status of my order?
After your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email from us with the tracking number.
3. How do I cancel the order?
You can mail us to cancel the order within 12 hours of placing the order. We will cancel the order. Subtracting 5% of the transaction fee, balance will be refunded.
Shipping:
1. When do I receive my package?
Your order will be shipped within 2 business days and it will take up to 3-7 business days to reach you, depending upon the shipping option you choose during checkout.
2. Is there a free shipping available?
Yes, for orders over $100, free shipping will be automatically applied at the time of checkout. However, free shipping is not valid during store wide sale/discounts.
3. Can I get the items sooner?
Yes, priority shipping option is available.

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We do not accept personal checks.

The Pearls & Petals website and the shopping cart are PCI compliant. Our credit card transactions are processed by certified third party payment gateways.

We do not have any stores.
3. Do you ship outside US?
No. We ship within USA.
4. How do I get a catalog?
We do not have a physical catalog available. All of our products are available on this website.
